We will post items as soon as we have them available for you! This can mean that not everything in your order is dispatched at the same time and in the same parcel.
We recommend checking your dispatch emails, as you’ll receive one per parcel; if an item is not listed, then we’ll be dispatching this separately. This usually happens if the item is available in a different area of the warehouse or requires different packaging.
If there was a ‘Back in stock soon’ message on the item when ordering, this will be sent separately as soon as stock arrives.
If the item is listed in your dispatch email but was missing from the parcel, please Contact Us so that we can investigate.
