How do I see the status of my order?

If you have a registered account, you can see the status of your order by selecting ‘Your account’ at the top of the page (sign in first if needed) and under the ‘Order history’ option, select 'View your orders'. From here you can look into each order including their invoices. 

Any orders placed using our Guest Checkout will not be visible via the website. You will need to Sign Up to view any previous guest orders in an account. Without an account. you shall only be updated on the progression of your guest order via email updates.
