If you find that your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please feel free to take the *item and a copy of your order confirmation email into your local hmv or Fopp store to exchange this for another item. You can also call our Ring & Reserve service on 03333 230 667 before visiting the store to make sure they have another in stock for you and avoid a wasted journey.
Please be advised that our high street stores can only exchange online orders. If you’d like a refund, we ask that the item is returned to us. Please note that we cannot send replacement items and we're sorry for any disappointment that this may cause.
