If your items have already been picked and packed, it is not possible to cancel the order and you will need to follow our returns process upon its receipt.
If you have a registered account and wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed, you can do this by viewing ‘your orders’, selecting the order you wish to cancel and then clicking the ‘cancel order’ button. Please note that the complete order will need to be cancelled - if you wish to amend an order, please cancel the complete order and place a new order as required.
If you do not have an account and placed the order as a guest, or you paid with PayPal and cancelling requires a refund, you won’t be able to cancel this yourself. Please Contact Us and we’ll do all that we can to get that cancelled for you.
Please note that if the items are in stock, the order will automatically begin to be processed and cannot be cancelled at this stage. Please instead follow our returns process once the order reaches you should it no longer be required.
