How do I change the card details on an existing order?

We do offer the ability for our customers to save cards to their account and update/amend the card payment details of an order. Don’t worry, we still won’t have access to your details and everything is encrypted for your security but you will now be able to change the card yourself on selected orders.

You can add a card by either entering a new card during the checkout process and selecting ‘Save my card’ or when going into your account and viewing your ‘Saved cards’ section. If you need to change the payment method on an order, simply click on 'View order' and the option to update your payment method will be available there for you. Unfortunately orders which have already been partially fulfilled will be excluded from this option and the outstanding items will need to be cancelled and re-ordered in this circumstance.
