We work hard to fulfil our orders as soon as possible, so you may find that your order has already been dispatched by the time you try to cancel it. The best thing to do is wait for the item to be delivered and then take it back to one of our high street stores, along with your receipt.
Our colleagues at the till will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the item is returned within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition and with all seals intact. Clothing and technology items without a seal may be opened for inspection (as you would in a shop) but must not be used and should be repackaged carefully.
If your item is a pre-order however, we recommend that you Contact Us to request cancellation as this will not yet have been released.
