We do offer the ability for our customers to save cards to their account and update/amend the card payment details of an order. Don’t worry, we still won’t have access to your details and everything is encrypted for your security but you will now be able to change the card yourself on selected orders.
You can change the payment method on an order by clicking on ‘View your orders’ in your account and choosing the particular order you’re looking for, then pressing ‘Update payment method’. Unfortunately orders which have already been partially fulfilled will be excluded from this option and the outstanding items will need to be cancelled and re-ordered in this circumstance.
