We don’t always dispatch everything in your order at the same time and instead, will post items as soon as we have them available for you.
We would firstly recommend checking your dispatch emails, as you’ll receive one per parcel; if an item is not listed, then we’ll be dispatching this separately. This usually happens if the item is available in a different area of the warehouse or requires different packaging.
If there was a ‘Back in stock soon’ message on the item when ordering, this also happens when we’re waiting for more stock to arrive and we’ll post your item to you as soon as we have it.
If the item is listed but was missing from the parcel, please Contact Us so that we can investigate.
