I am planning on going to an event with someone who requires a parent/guardian. Do I need to purchase an e-ticket to gain access?

Anyone wishing to attend an external event must purchase an event bundle or e-ticket. If the venue allows entry to customers within a certain age range provided that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian, the parent or guardian must also have a valid e-ticket to attend the event. 

If a customer is under the required age and does not attend an event with a parent or guardian, they will be denied entry and we will not be in a position to provide a refund on their e-ticket as per our Event Terms and Conditions.
