Why is there no entry/QR code?

The QR code is inactive until approximately an hour before the event begins, for security purposes. This will activate shortly before the event start time though and you'll then be able to get it scanned for entry. Please note that this QR code will be displayed in a certain format and will not work from a screenshot. 

Should there be any difficulty with an internet connection at the event, the app will recognise that there is no connection and give you instructions on what to do to activate your e-ticket.
