Your e-ticket will appear in the hmv tickets app within the timeframe as specified on the hmv.com/live page. Please make sure to log into the app using the same name and UK mobile phone number as used when placing your order with us, as any other details will not match and your e-tickets will not be visible.
If the stated timeframe has passed, you have downloaded and logged into the hmv tickets app using the same name and UK mobile phone number attached to the order and still do not have access to your e-ticket, please Contact Us as soon as possible and we’ll look into this further.
