My battery is running low, what happens if it powers off before my e-ticket is scanned at the entrance?

Please ask a member of staff at the venue entrance and they will be able to confirm your e-ticket details.

Alternatively, you should be able to transfer your e-ticket to someone that is accompanying you to the event and enter together.
