If you've changed your mind about a recent order, don’t worry! We're happy to accept returns for unwanted items within 30 days of receipt, provided they’re in their original condition with all seals intact. Clothing and technology items without a seal may be opened for inspection (as you would in a shop) but must not be used and should be repackaged carefully. Some exclusions apply including, but not limited to, mystery boxes.
If you’d like to swap the item for something else, please feel free to take the item and a copy of your order confirmation email as proof of purchase into your local hmv or Fopp store. You can also call our Ring & Reserve service on 03333 230 667 before visiting the store to check the availability of an item and reserve this ahead of your visit.
