I can no longer attend an event, can I get a refund or transfer my e-ticket?

If an event has not been rescheduled or cancelled, e-tickets are strictly non-refundable once purchased, either individually or as part of a bundle. However, the option to transfer e-tickets may be available within the hmv tickets app, subject to availability and per the terms and conditions of each individual event.
