We offer our customers unique and exclusive event opportunities for your favourite artists, ranging from a meet and greet to live performances. Due to the range of events that we hold, there will be different processes for how these take place depending on their nature.
In-store pre-order and wristband - For events taking place at an hmv or FOPP store, we may ask you to place an event bundle order on hmv.com/live for delivery to the store where the event is taking place. Please take your confirmation email and a form of Photo ID along with you to the event where you can collect your item (and a wristband if applicable) on the day.
If the item included with your event bundle is released after the event then you may be able to select this for home delivery. In these circumstances the events listing will outline what will instead be available for signing. Please check the hmv.com/live events page for more information.
Digital e-ticket - For events being held at external venues or that take place after the release date, we may ask you to place an order for the item and an e-ticket on hmv.com. Your e-ticket to the event will be sent via the hmv tickets app, which can be downloaded from your preferred app store. When placing an order, you will need to provide the name and mobile phone number of the guest attending the event and these same details will also need to be used to create an hmv tickets account within the hmv tickets app. (The e-ticket will usually be able to be accessed in the app no later than a week before the event; the QR code will be activated an hour before the event begins). Please make sure to bring your phone containing the hmv tickets app and e-ticket to the event to gain entrance.

All events are subject to change or cancellation at short notice. Any changes to the event will be announced via social media and updated on hmv.com/live. Please check our social media channels for any event updates or changes before travelling:
In order to ensure a safe event for all customers, hmv and/or the venue reserve the right to refuse entry to the event at any time for health and safety reasons.
Access for external venues may be age restricted, details of which will be listed on the product page
of hmv.com/live. The venues operate a Challenge 25 policy and I.D. with proof of age will be required.
