What happens if I cannot pick up the order?

The order is held for 14 days. If you need to extend this, please Contact Us including your order number, and let us know when you can pick up your items.

If your order is not collected by the 14 days or the requested extension date, this will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be refunded.
