Do I have to go to the store to pre-order the item and wristband?

Wristbands and event entry can only be secured when pre-ordering the item at the store where the event is taking place or as otherwise advertised on the hmv.com/live events page . Please also note that payment will need to be made in full at the time of pre-ordering to confirm your place at the event.
