How do I get a VAT receipt?

If you require a VAT receipt and you have an account with us, you can generate a VAT invoice by logging into your hmv.com account and viewing your orders. For each order, you’ll be provided with certain options and generating an invoice will be one of these.

Should you have placed the order as a guest or are unable to generate your VAT receipt, please Contact Us with your order number and we’ll do the rest.
