Your e-ticket will appear in the hmv tickets app within the timeframe as specified on both the product page on store.hmv.com and event hmvlive pages.
If the stated timeframe has passed, you have downloaded and signed into the hmv tickets app using the name and phone number attached to the order and still do not have access to your e-ticket, please get in touch by submitting a request or through the chat no later than 5 working days before the event and we’ll look into this further.
