Your e-ticket will be issued within the timeframe specified on the product page on store.hmv.com and the event's hmvlive page. Once the e-ticket has been issued, you will either be sent an SMS message prompting you to download the hmv tickets app or, if you already have the app, push notification to confirm it’s ready to view.
To sign in to the app, you must enter the name and mobile number exactly as they appeared on your order. If you have ordered and received multiple e-tickets, these will be stacked - simply swipe up or down to switch between each e-ticket.
When first receiving your e-ticket, the entry code will not be active, however, this will appear on your app one hour before the start of the event.
If any e-tickets have not been received by 5 working days (Monday - Friday) before the event, please get in touch by submitting a request or through the chat with your order and phone number and we’ll look into this further.
