We don’t always post everything in your order all at the same time and instead, will post items as soon as we have them available for you.
We would firstly recommend checking your dispatch email; if the item is not listed, then we’ll be dispatching this separately, with the item having been in a different section of the warehouse or requiring different packaging, or we’re just waiting for stock to arrive, and we’ll post it as soon as we have it.
If the item is listed but was missing from the box, please contact us so that we can investigate.
